Uncle C's Barbecue

Our story

Uncle C's Barbecue is a family owned and family run business in beautiful Historic Downtown Statesville. We moved to our Downtown location in 2012 from our original location in west Iredell county. Our barbecue is the end result of Boston Butts slow-cooked for up to 12 hours in our Southern Pride Smoker, Hand Pulled and Sauced with Our Secret Family BBQ Sauce. Our Chicken is also slow cooked then basted with our special  BBQ sauce recipe. Other favorites include Beef Brisket, Fresh Burgers, All Beef Hot dogs and Fresh Salads. Some Daily Specials include Pot Roast on Thursdays and Baby Back Ribs on Fridays!
